Is anyone else constantly thinking about their fitness??
because i cant stop thinking "if i lost a little fat and toned up it would be so much better"
I think I'm going to cut down on junk and start toning up, to me that sounds like a plan
I mean I'm not fat or nothing I'm quite skinny but i still have a bit to much fat in my opinion, luckily i don't really have to lose to much but I'm going to do it starting today.
At least I'm not saying I'm going to start it tomorrow otherwise id never do it.
